I had to reach out to starmarket.com about an issue with my order. It took a little longer than I expected to hear back, and I did have to follow up once to get a clear answer. That said, the person I spoke with was polite and did help get things sorted out in the end. Nothing amazing, but it was fine overall.

I stopped by the pharmacy thinking I’d just grab my prescription and be on my way, but nope, it wasn’t ready, even though it was supposed to be. I ended up waiting way longer than expected, and the staff didn’t really seem too bothered about it. I get that places get busy, but it was frustrating to feel like no one cared or had any sense of urgency.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but every time I try to use a promo code or coupon on Star Market, it either tells me it’s not valid or it just disappears when I get to checkout. I’m not doing anything weird, I’m literally just trying to use the deals they’re advertising. It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of time.

I like this store overall, but sometimes I go in and they’re just out of it. Still a good place to shop, just a little frustrating when the stuff I need isn’t there.

I ordered groceries through starmarket.com, and the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than I expected. The delivery window got pushed back twice, which threw off my plans a bit, and then some items that showed as in stock when I checked out just didn’t show up. There wasn’t really a decent replacement or much explanation for that.
Customer service was nice enough, so I’ll give them that, but it took too long to get a clear answer about what was going on. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for a basic grocery order, I really thought this would be smoother...

My order was messed up again!!! I was really hoping it would be right this time, but a few of the items were just not what I ordered!!! Frustrating!!!

I order from Star Market now and then when I need groceries delivered, and overall it’s been fine. My gut feeling is to always check prices before placing an order, because they can be a little hit or miss. Some of the weekly deals are actually good, but a lot of regular items seem more expensive than what I see at other stores nearby. The convenience keeps me coming back occasionally, but I definitely trust my instinct and compare first. Not a bad option, just not always the best deal

It didn’t happen right away, like it wasn’t one of those instant-click-and-done situations, and I had to send a couple emails back and forth to explain what happened, confirm the details, and follow up a bit. Kind of annoying, but not a disaster. Customer service did eventually sort it out and the refund came through, so in the end it was handled fairly. Not the smoothest experience ever, but also not awful.

I just popped in on impulse thinking it would be a quick, normal shop, but the vibe felt off right away. The staff seemed annoyed, no greeting or anything, and when I asked something, the answers were really short, like I was interrupting them.

Maybe they were just having a rough day, I get that, but it made the whole visit feel uncomfortable. I left thinking, yeah, I probably won’t rush back there.

Pages take forever to load, the search results are all over the place, and I’ve had stuff randomly disappear from my cart. Checkout feels way more complicated than it needs to be too. When something goes wrong, it kind of feels like I’m being passed around instead of getting a straightforward fix. It’s usable, but definitely not a smooth experience

I’ve grabbed the prepared foods a few times and, to be fair, they’re solid. Everything has tasted fresh enough, and while it’s not restaurant-level or anything, the flavor is decent and convenient for a quick meal.

The deals are nice when they pop up, but earning points feels slow

I got my order and some of the veggies were already soft, which was annoying as hell. The strawberries had a few moldy ones in there too, so that was gross. Delivery itself was fine, but the freshness was seriously disappointing. I expected way better from Star Market

I used starmarket.com to order groceries and the checkout was easy. My card went through on the first try, and the pickup times were laid out clearly, which I appreciated. The only part that threw me off a little was the promo code box, not sure if anyone else found that slightly confusing too. Overall though, it was a good experience. Not perfect, but I’d use it again.
